What we do

Certitude provides support to people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health support needs across the capital. Our support comes in many forms. From essential round-the-clock support to independent living in the community; from helping after a period of crisis to rebuilding connections with family and friends. We encourage people to find new interests, make new friends, get out and have fun. We also work closely with local authorities.

We also run workshops within a community hub in the heart of Brixton called Connect & Do, which you can find out more about here.

Our Family Support Services team offer advice, support and information to families and carers of people we support.

Providing support which is personalised and holistic; a blend of people and approaches and  tailored to an individual‘s needs and wants.

Our Outreach services support people who live in their own home and need support with some day to day tasks.

Shared Lives is a quality alternative to residential care settings where people live as part of a family.

For some people, due to the complexity of the support they need, we provide registered care home support.

We provide lots of opportunities for people to get out and about, take part in activities, make friends and learn something new.
