What we do

Certitude provides support to people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health support needs across the capital, from essential round-the-clock support, to helping after a period of crisis to rebuild connections in the community. We encourage people to find new interests, make new friends, get out and have fun. We run various programmes, workshops and initiatives that are all geared towards supporting people to live the life they want.

Connect and Do is a community hub that brings people together based on their shared hobbies and interests. Due to Covid-19, all activities have moved online. Find out more: Connect and Do.

Solidarity in a Crisis is a peer-led initiative with a crisis cafe and confidential helpline to support those experiencing a mental health crisis. Find out more and how to get in touch: Solidarity in a Crisis.

Fulfilling Lives Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham supports people who are facing multiple disadvantage, such as mental ill-health, homelessness/or at risk of homelessness, substance use and/or offending histories. Find out more: Fulfilling Lives Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.

Treat Me Right! delivers awareness training to health and social care professionals and other services across London, so they can better understand the experiences of people with autism and learning disabilities. Find out more: Treat Me Right!

Our Family Support Services team offer advice, support and information to families and carers of people we support.

Providing support which is personalised and holistic; a blend of people and approaches and  tailored to an individual‘s needs and wants.

Our Outreach services support people who live in their own home and need support with some day to day tasks.

Shared Lives is a quality alternative to residential care settings where people live as part of a family.

For some people, due to the complexity of the support they need, we provide registered care home support.

We provide lots of opportunities for people to get out and about, take part in activities, make friends and learn something new.
