Face to Face Assessments can be confusing, especially if u care for somebody with learning disabilities. We’ve prepared a few pointers to help you and the person you support out when preparing for a Face to Face Assessment.

Mental health support

For some people, due to the complexity of the support they need, we provide registered care home support.

We offer a variety of recovery-focused services, from supported living to specialist intensive support, to help people leave hospital or get support in a crisis. Regardless of the type of service, our approach is the same; we believe people we support are inspirational and work with them to identify their strengths and assets, whilst supporting them to achieve the things which matter to them.

Our focus is to support people to live a meaningful life full of hope, opportunity and autonomy. From the moment we first meet with people, our aim is to help them find the motivation to live an independent life and achieve their goals. We promote mental and physical wellbeing as well as providing some more specialist support such as connecting with peers in the local community, finding work and daily living skills.
