Certitude continues to follow the advice of Public Health England and the Government’s guidance in relation to the support we provide to people in London, in particular the information related to guidance on residential care provision and guidance for supported living provision.

For the last few weeks, we have been putting into action our Organisational Continuity Plan regarding a pandemic outbreak. All services have a local specific continuity plan, identifying and putting into place measures to mitigate current risk as far as possible to people we support, families, staff and volunteers. These are being updated regularly and will continue to be updated as Government guidance changes over the coming days and weeks.

We are in regular contact with our commissioners about the measures needed to ensure people remain well supported over the coming months. Colleagues across the organisation are being updated regularly through both email and our intranet.
