Certitude employs over 1000 people who are committed to providing high quality support.
Our Values and Behaviours Framework sets out what we expect from staff and all staff receive continual learning and development opportunities to enable them to provide the best support possible and make progress against their own career pathways.
Anyone directly providing support is carefully matched to people using a range of person-centred ‘people matching’ tools to ensure the best possible relationships and outcomes.
We are meticulous in our checking procedures and everyone directly involved with supporting people is given an enhanced screening with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Certitude is governed by a Board of voluntary non-executive directors who bring a vast amount of knowledge and expertise, defining the strategic direction of the organisation and offering support and guidance to the Leadership Team.
