Anyone directly providing support is carefully matched to people using a range of person-centred ‘people matching’ tools to ensure the best possible relationships and outcomes.
We are meticulous in our checking procedures and everyone directly involved with supporting people is given an enhanced screening with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
