Certitude

I’m really proud to be part of Certitude and the amazing work we do. I became a trustee for two reasons: first, to give back to the community using my skills, and second, to start building my experience in non-executive director and governance roles. I have really enjoyed learning about the important work that we do, and being part of both the People and Organisation Development Committee, and the Transformation Advisory Committee.

When I started, there was a strong induction process, which included going on site visits to see and understand the work we do, and a charity governance course. I also had a trustee and a member of the executive team actively support me during my induction.”
