About us

Certitude is London’s leading adult social care provider for people living with learning disabilities, autism, mental health support needs and their families and carers. We support over 1,800 people in 17 London boroughs.

We believe everyone is unique

We exist, simply, to support those who need us – to help them develop new skills, to meet new people, and live the life they want. Whatever that might be. So that they can bring their own unique brilliance to the world. As a not-for-profit organisation, we have been working across London since 1990. On 1 April 2020, Yarrow joined the Certitude Group.

Our organisational values underpin everything we do:

Inspired by people

We can only be successful in our support by working alongside people we support, their families, carers and local communities.

Trustworthy and Dependable

We are reliable; we understand the stability that our support can provide to people and their families.

Working together

We believe in people and their capabilities; everyone has skills, strengths and something to offer.

Continuously improving

We are always looking to improve the quality of our support

Where we work

We work in 17 boroughs across London, predominantly in west and south London.
